Better Racking Solutions buys, sells and trades in most brands of second hand racking, shelving and other warehouse equipment. We divide our used racking and equipment into the following descriptions:

Very Good Condition – The Racking and Equipment looks and operates in new condition.

Good Condition – The Racking and Equipment has some light to moderate scratching and signs of light use.

Average Condition – The Racking and Equipment may have one or some of the following; moderate to heavy scratching, fading of the paint, some light dents (within acceptable standards*) and may have surface rust (rust that formed on the surface but not eaten into the steel). This racking is still considered structurally sound.

Poor Condition – This Racking and Equipment is not considered structurally sound and therefore not considered suitable for general sale. The racking may be damaged (bent beyond acceptable standards*), have cancerous rust (rust has eaten into the steel), or be visually ‘ugly’ such as excessive dirt or paint that can’t be cleaned off. Although Better Racking Solutions does not consider this racking suitable general sale we still trade this racking in from time to time and will ‘upon special request’ sell Poor condition racking. Usually the sale will only take place if Better Racking Solutions can ensure the racking can be used without any danger to people.
